Coaches, especially peewee and mini-ball coaches, do not need previous coaching experience and do not need to be soccer experts. In order to ensure a successful season for our children we need at least 40 coaches, possibly more. The sooner we have coaches, the more organized and successful our recreational season will begin and continue to be.
